How we work
I do not know what my business needs. Where do I start?
Fill out the contact form and, under "What kind of service are you looking for?", choose "Not sure yet: recommend where to start". Based on what you tell us, we reply in writing with what you should do first.
Do I need to meet with you?
No. Everything is done in writing: you tell us what you need through the form or WhatsApp and we send you the proposal or quote in writing, with the scope and the price.
Is the diagnosis free?
Yes, for businesses interested in a monthly plan of 3 months or more (content or digital marketing). We send you the diagnosis in writing, with no meetings.
Who do I talk to while we work together?
A single point of contact from start to finish, always with replies in writing.
Do you work all over the country?
Yes. We produce content and fly drones all over Costa Rica, and travel is included in the proposal.
Prices and payment
How much do your services cost?
Social media management from ₡120,000 per month and content plans from ₡150,000 per month; reels or promotional videos from ₡75,000; digital marketing from ₡200,000 per month; websites from ₡250,000 one-time or ₡50,000 per month; digital menus from ₡50,000 one-time or ₡12,900 per month; drone shots from ₡75,000. All prices are plus VAT. The exact price depends on what your business needs and we send it to you in writing before we start.
How is each service paid?
Content that sells and digital marketing are monthly plans with a 3-month minimum. For websites and digital menus you choose: a one-time payment or a monthly plan (for websites with a 6-month minimum; for menus with no minimum term and changes included). Drone shots are a one-time payment.
Why is the minimum monthly plan 3 months?
Because one month is not enough to know what works. In month one we test, in month two we adjust based on results, and in month three we repeat what worked best.
Is the ad budget included?
No. You pay the ad budget directly to the platform (Meta, Google, Bing or TikTok). We suggest how much to invest based on your goal.
What is yours
Can I use the photos and videos freely?
Yes, for your business and on all your channels.
Who owns the website and the domain?
The domain is always yours: it is registered in your business name. With the one-time payment, the website is also yours from day one. With the monthly plan, if you want to keep the website, we assess it and give you the final price.
Do you show my work in your portfolio?
Yes, we may show it as part of our work. If you prefer that it is not shown, that can be arranged for an additional fee.

Can I hire just one service?
Yes. You can start with just a digital menu, a website or a drone session, and add other services when you need them.
What do I gain from having everything with the same team?
Every service feeds the others: your content reaches your website and your ads, and every month we measure what worked to do more of it. One team, one voice.
Do you work with hotels?
Yes. We make digital menus for the restaurant, the bar or room service; drone footage of the property; and Google and Bing ads, which reach people already searching for a place to stay, combined with social media campaigns.
