The challenge
Several services (grooming, walks, daycare) competing for the same budget, without knowing which brought the most interested customers for every colón invested.
What we did
- One campaign per service, grooming and walks, each with its own budget.
- Ads that lead straight to a messaging conversation.
- Monthly measurement of the cost per conversation of each service.
What we learned
Between September and December 2025, walks cost ₡1,852 per conversation and grooming ₡353. Investment in walks went down from ₡82,790 in September to ₡5,198 in January, and a second grooming campaign was opened in January 2026. When walks came back, from May to July 2026, they cost ₡526 per conversation.
