Results

  • 1.817conversations

    May 2025 to October 2026.

The challenge

Several services (grooming, walks, daycare) competing for the same budget, without knowing which brought the most interested customers for every colón invested.

What we did

  • One campaign per service, grooming and walks, each with its own budget.
  • Ads that lead straight to a messaging conversation.
  • Monthly measurement of the cost per conversation of each service.

What we learned

Between September and December 2025, walks cost ₡1,852 per conversation and grooming ₡353. Investment in walks went down from ₡82,790 in September to ₡5,198 in January, and a second grooming campaign was opened in January 2026. When walks came back, from May to July 2026, they cost ₡526 per conversation.
